We utilize in-house staff and senior and distinguished independent professionals to create our project-specific, customized client teams. All of our professionals have:

• A Master's or PhD degree in their field of expertise
• A minimum of fifteen years of industry experience
• Experience working in the private and public sector, and with State Owned Enterprises
• Experience and worldwide contacts in their specific technology expertise area
• Experience working in developing or emerging countries
• Experience staffing and/or managing cross-cultural teams
• Courtesy, professionalism, and a focused and intensive work ethic

Meet Our Senior Team

As a resource for our clients, after 25 years and many wonderful engagements serving clients, attending conferences, supporting industry functions, researching, publishing, and presenting, we have established contacts around the world who have specialized expertise, or access to resources to support client engagements (multilateral financing institutions; regulatory authorities; intergovernmental (ITU, UN, others) and standards organizations; NGOs, industry associations; etc.).

In select cases, a client may request, or we may suggest, that we supplement our client’s project team with individuals from outside organizations, so we can access and include a specific resource or competency.

ICT is an evolving industry, and specialization is vital, along with having expertise and experience that is developed over time, through on-the-ground work with different clients and different planning challenges, in multiple geographic, business, institutional and cultural contexts. For larger scale and longer-term projects, we will consider contracting with established firms who provide specialized expertise that complements our core skills and adds important depth and dimension to meets a client's specific project needs. Please be advised that we conduct extensive due diligence on all potential staff members, project partners and clients, and all of our professionals have established non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure client / project confidentiality.

For select activities, following due diligence, we will consider sub-contracting our professionals, assuming an established relationship with the requesting organization is in place.
