Hend El-Sineity serves as a Senior Consulting Associate – Middle East and Africa with Global Resources, where she provides regional business development, marketing and local support services to our clients, partners and in-country teams.
Ms. El-Sineity brings 25+ years experience in international business development, marketing, and strategic planning with both start-up and established organizations to her position. She served as a Senior Commercial and Trade Investment and Partnering Advisor at the U.S. Commercial Service / U.S. Embassy Cairo; in this role, she provided expert advice to Fortune 500, regional corporations, and SMEs resulting in numerous “success stories” with local government tenders awards and project implementations. Ms. El-Sineity also facilitated smooth market entries through her counsel to U.S. companies on business and investment opportunities, which also eliminated market barriers that were resulting from cultural challenges or miscommunications with government organizations. In addition to supporting Global Resources for many years, Ms. El-Sineity’s “hands on” wisdom extended to Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, NCR, Oracle, Google, Mentor Graphics, HP, Xerox, IBM, Lockheed Martin, Hill International and other technology firms with investments and / or operations in Egypt and the region.
Ms. El-Sineity supports Global Resources’ projects and clients with her market research, partner assessments, and logistics support. Her ongoing and sound judgment on the business climate in Egypt and economic foreign trade trends, and her extensive contacts in Egypt’s business community (both in the private and government sectors) provides our firm a distinctive perspective and deep well of resources for our ICT / infrastructure projects. Her established relationships with key professionals at Egyptian and multilateral financing institutions further support our clients’ Middle East and North African (MENA) business development objectives.
Along with her BA in Economics, Meritorious Honor Awards from U.S. Ambassadors, Secretaries of Commerce and Egyptian Director Generals, Ms. El-Sineity is fluent (level 5) in Arabic, French, and English. With a base in Cairo and decades of work experience throughout the MENA region, Ms. El-Sineity provides our firm and clients a powerful resource for ensuring strategic and sustainable project foundations and growth.
